There is a bus stop adjacent to Dane Park with regular services to Hull city centre. Hull Paragon Interchange Train Station is a 20 minute drive away and offers regular services to London, Manchester and Leeds. There are excellent road links via the A1079, M62 and A15.

Hull Royal Infirmary which includes an A&E department is approximately five miles away from Dane Park, whilst Castle Hill Hospital is just four. Bridge Group Practice Health Centre less than a mile away.

There is a range of local shops nearby including a Post Office, and a chemist. Tesco Supermarket is just over a mile from the development.

A number of the city's biggest employers are also close by and easily accessible by public transport.

There are a variety of sports and leisure activities within five miles of Dane Park including a David Lloyd sports complex, ten pin bowling and Cineworld at Kingswood. Also at Kingswood is a retail park including an Asda Superstore, Next, M&S and TK Maxx. There is also a great choice of restaurants, including Gino's, Nandos and Frankie and Bennys.
