How does it work?
Our Early Bird scheme, available on selected plots and developments, means you won’t miss the opportunity to secure your dream home. With an Early Bird reservation, as soon as we release the plot for sale, you’ll be notified by our team to check if you wish to proceed into a full and formal reservation before it becomes available to the public.
At this point, we’ll confirm the exact house price with you and discuss the next steps to make it an official reservation. You will have 48 hours from us contacting you to decide if you wish to proceed into a formal reservation agreement.

If you’ve found your preferred plot at one of our locations, speak to one of our dedicated Sales Executives to find out if your chosen plot and development is eligible for this scheme. Then you can sit back and wait for us to notify you when the plot is ready for full reservation; it’s as simple as that!
Early Bird scheme available on selected developments and selected plots only. Gleeson reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw the promotion at any time. An Early Bird pre-reservation does not constitute a formal reservation. By securing an Early Bird plot, you will have 48 hours from being notified by Gleeson Homes of an available property at the development and its price/proposed completion date to proceed to enter into a full and formal reservation. In order to secure an Early Bird reservation, you must be in a proceedable position/sold subject contract. Gleeson reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw the promotion at any time. This scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other Gleeson offer or incentive unless specifically authorised by Gleeson in its absolute discretion (and subject to lender approval).
